1. Exchanges for Custom-Made Items
- Exchanges and returns are strictly not permitted for custom-made items.
2. Exchanges for Full-Price Items
- Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

- Shipping Deadline: All exchanged products must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.

- Exchange Conditions
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all tags attached.

- Customs & Duties
- Shipping fees do not include customs duties.
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes to receive their goods.
- We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by unpaid duties. Refunds or returns will not be provided for orders refused due to unpaid taxes.
