THAIHUY provides worldwide shipping from Vietnam.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING: $40

Estimated delivery time is 7 – 10 business days


EXPRESS SHIPPING: $85

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days

 

NOTE

  • Orders weighing over 7kg qualify for free standard shipping, while express shipping remains available at a fixed rate of $140.

  • Please note that delivery times are for reference only. Shipments to remote locations may take an additional 1 – 2 days.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to DHL’s shipping restrictions. If this occurs, customers will be notified.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends, and deliveries do not take place on Saturdays.
  • If you need your package delivered over the weekend, please reach out to the delivery service in your region for special delivery arrangements (extra fees may apply).

  • These policies apply to ready-to-wear items only. For gown orders, please contact us via email for further assistance.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

  • Once the package has been signed for and delivered, THAIHUY is no longer responsible for any loss or damage.
  • If you opt for delivery without a signature, we can only insure the package while it is in transit. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility.
